• All memberships auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Product purchases are exclusively available to active members.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the "Cancel Membership" link in the header or footer of our website, or by contacting our support team. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.

All products are sourced and fulfilled through our authorized third-party fulfillment partners. Health Access Club is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from fulfillment operations outside our direct control. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of our fulfillment partners.

Member discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on your active membership tier. Health Access Club reserves the right to modify product pricing and membership fees with 30 days' notice to active members.
